The steps to recover your password depend on the type of password you need to recover:
Client Area Password:
You have two options to reset your password based on your situation:
Option 1: If you know your current password:
1. Go to the client area by clicking on the following link: Client Portal.
2. Navigate to "My Profile."
3. Click "Password."
4. Enter your existing password and the new one you want to use.
5. Click “Save”
Your password will be automatically changed, and you can log in with the new password.
Option 2: If you forgot your password:
1. Click "Forgot Password" on the client area login page.
2. Enter the email address registered with your account.
3. Click "Submit."
4. Check your email for a message containing a link to reset your password.
5. Click on the link provided in the email.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Click "Submit."
Once completed, you can log in to your client area with the updated password.
Trading Account Password:
1. Go to the client area by clicking on the following link: Client Portal.
2. Navigate to "Trading Accounts."
3. Click on "Account Summary."
4. Click on the lock icon under “Reset Password.”
5. Enter your new password.
6. Click on “Reset Password.”
