What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, follow the steps below:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the client area login page.

2. Enter the email address registered with your account.

3. Click "Submit."

4. Check your email for a message containing a link to reset your password.

5. Click on the link provided in the email.

6. Enter your new password.

7. Click "Submit."

Once you have completed the process, you will be able to log in to your member area with your updated password.
