Attempt to log in from another PC to determine whether the issue is connection-based.
Verify that the correct trading server is selected.
Click the connection bar at the bottom right of the trading terminal and select "Rescan Servers" to refresh the connection.
If necessary, reinstall the trading terminal and attempt to log in again.
