How can I check whether an old Taurex account is still active?

Your account remains active unless there has been no activity for more than 6 months or you have requested its deactivation. Any account that has been inactive for over 6 months—without login, payment, or trading activity—will be considered dormant and will be automatically disabled. Please note that dormant accounts are subject to inactivity fees, so we highly advise keeping your account active or requesting its closure if no longer needed.
