Why are the Buy and Sell options inactive?

When the Buy and Sell buttons in your trading terminal are greyed out or cannot be activated, it is likely the order size is not a valid amount for that trading account’s type.

To verify the problem, check that the order size is valid by checking the minimum and maximum order sizes by account type, which can be found in the Specification tab under Minimum/Maximum Trading Volume.
