How do I make a withdrawal?

To withdraw your available funds, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

    • Use your email address and password to access your account.

    • Navigate to "Payments."

  2. Initiate the withdrawal request

    • Click on Withdrawals.

    • Select currency, enter the withdrawal amount, and click Submit Request.

  3. Choose your preferred payment method

    • Note: Your capital will be returned to your original deposit method. Make sure it’s added as a payment method.

    • Profits can be withdrawn to any verified payment method you own (credit cards excluded), including your deposit method or others.

    • No third-party deposits or withdrawals are allowed.

  4. Confirm and submit!


    Internal transfer:

    • Ensure that the funds have been transferred from your trading account to your wallet before initiating a withdrawal.

    • To do this, navigate to Internal Transfer, select your trading account (From) and wallet (To), and confirm the transfer.

    • Important Notes:

      • You may need to verify your payment method before withdrawing funds.

      • Once submitted, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, some payment methods (e.g., bank wire, credit cards) may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account.

      • A confirmation email with your withdrawal details will be sent. If you do not receive it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

      • If you experience delays or need assistance, contact Taurex Support.
