To withdraw your available funds, follow these steps:
Log in to the Client Portal
Use your email address and password to access your account.
Navigate to "Payments."
Initiate the withdrawal request
Click on Withdrawals.
Select currency, enter the withdrawal amount, and click Submit Request.
Choose your preferred payment method
Note: Your capital will be returned to your original deposit method. Make sure it’s added as a payment method.
Profits can be withdrawn to any verified payment method you own (credit cards excluded), including your deposit method or others.
No third-party deposits or withdrawals are allowed.
Confirm and submit!
Internal transfer:Ensure that the funds have been transferred from your trading account to your wallet before initiating a withdrawal.
To do this, navigate to Internal Transfer, select your trading account (From) and wallet (To), and confirm the transfer.
Important Notes:
You may need to verify your payment method before withdrawing funds.
Once submitted, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, some payment methods (e.g., bank wire, credit cards) may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account.
A confirmation email with your withdrawal details will be sent. If you do not receive it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
