How do I make a withdrawal?

To withdraw your available funds, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

    Use your email address and password to access your account.

  2. Navigate to "Payments."

    Click on the My Wallet section.

  3. Initiate the withdrawal request

    • Click on Withdrawals.

    • Enter the withdrawal amount and click Submit Request.

    • Click on the blue box marked "Your attention is required. Please click here to select a payment method and cashier.”

  4. Choose the payment method

    • If selecting a crypto wallet, choose SYcrypto for the Seychelles entity.

    • For e-wallets, bank wire, and credit cards, select SYnoncrypto.

  5. Confirm and submit

  • Click Withdrawals again to finalize the request.

Ensure that the funds have been transferred from your trading account to your wallet before initiating a withdrawal.

  • To do this, navigate to Internal Transfer, select your trading account (From) and wallet (To), and confirm the transfer.

Important Notes:

  • You may need to verify your payment method and provide proof of ownership before withdrawing funds.

  • Once submitted, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, some payment methods (e.g., bank wire, credit cards) may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

  • A confirmation email with your withdrawal details will be sent. If you do not receive it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • If you experience delays or need assistance, contact Taurex Support.
